Pioneer Online's primary activity is the operation of the website FirstScience (www.firstscience.com), which was launched in 2000. In the intervening years, the company has nurtured an online audience for high-quality popular science content. Today the website attracts nearly half a million visits each month.
Now, with the creation of FirstScience.tv, Pioneer Online is bringing TV programming - the most compelling communication content, and the one its founders have so much experience with - to the internet.
Through 2006 and 2007, Pioneer Online will introduce FirstScience.tv and related projects to address the targeted delivery of factual TV programming online.
